• Wholesale Margins: Our mattresses start at just $159 (Queen), with margins as tight as 10–30%. Accepting returns on these razor-thin margins would force us to raise prices.

• Factory-Direct Savings: By sourcing straight from the manufacturer, we deliver quality you won’t find anywhere else—at prices no one else can match.

2. Defective or Damaged Items

While we cannot process returns, we stand behind every order. If your item arrives damaged, or you encounter a manufacturing defect:

All mattresses are individually protected and covered by their manufacturer’s guaranteed warranty.
