2. Ordering & Payment

  1. Browse our selection of mattresses, pillows, bed bases, and protectors.

  2. Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.

  3. Provide shipping details and complete payment via our secure, SSL-encrypted gateway (all major credit/debit cards accepted).

  4. Applicable state and local taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout in accordance with U.S. laws.


3. Pricing & All-Sales-Final Policy

We’ve eliminated the middleman to offer factory-direct, wholesale pricing—mattresses start as low as $159 (Queen), with margins as tight as 10–30%. To maintain these unprecedented prices, all sales are final. No returns or exchanges.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Free Shipping to all U.S. states except Hawaii and Alaska. We don’t deliver to Hawaii and Alaska.

  • Orders typically process within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.


5. Warranty Coverage

The prices we offer are truly unprecedented in the mattress industry—no one has ever sold this level of quality at these values.

All mattresses are individually protected and covered by their manufacturer’s guaranteed warranty.
Please refer to each mattress’s product page for specific warranty details (e.g., 5-year or 10-year non-prorated coverage).

If you believe you have a warranty claim, rest assured we’ll make every effort to ensure you’re satisfied.

6. Defective or Damaged Goods

While we cannot accept returns, we stand behind every order. If your product arrives damaged or you discover a manufacturing defect:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery (see Section 1 for details).

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  3. We will liaise with the manufacturer to resolve your claim under warranty terms.


7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Direct Outlet’s liability for any claim related to your purchase is limited to the purchase price you paid. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.


8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by North Carolina law, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in North Carolina.


9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last Updated” date will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
